Taking aim! Miley Cyrus slams Taylor Swift's role model status over 'violent' Bad Blood video

Miley Cyrus wants to know one thing - why is getting naked to support your music worse than having a video clip filmed with guns?

The 22-year-old seems to be keen on becoming Taylor Swift's latest inspiration for comeback tracks in a new interview with Marie Claire.

The controversial singer challenged why she was seen as a bad role model and Taylor was not.

Dazzle and delight in Miley's Marc Jacob's dress

Marc Jacob's 2016 Resort collection was a lot like what you see here--stunning, futuristic, and compulsively embellished.

Miley's lustrous plated mini dress was the piece de resistance in Marc's latest collection. It features mirrored plates that are delicately sewn to patches of silver embroidery. Our eyes almost go into sensory overload if it weren't for the stunning mesh panel down the center of Miley's chest, anchoring our vision right on the money spot.

We love that this sterling show-stopping piece was balanced by a rather simple and humble silhouette-- save for the cleavage baring center. Because hey, you gotta compromise for the girl who oft prefers to be wearing nothing at all.

Truth is, we haven't seen anything quite like it. And while this shiny silver number has not yet hit the racks, we'll admit that it's going to be tough finding something similar on the high market.

But that dosn't mean we can't be inspired by this fantastic stunner, so shop our edit below to see if anything blinds you in the same way Miley's dress caught our eye.

Miley told the magazine: 'I don't get the violence revenge thing. That's supposed to be a good example?

'And I'm a bad role model because I'm running around with my titties out?

'I'm not sure how titties are worse than guns.'

Taylor's star studded clip shows the star battling it out with pal Selena Gomez and each have a gun-toting girl gang of superheroes behind them.

Bad Blood is rumored to be about the pop star's fallout with Katy Perry so perhaps Miley can now expect a similar song to be written about her.

The Can't Stop singer did not just take aim at Taylor though, she also fired off a few shots at what she says is the sexist approach to what she sings and talks about.

'There is so much sexism, ageism, you name it. Kendrick Lamar sings about LSD and he's cool. I do it and I'm a druggie whore.'

Making sure no famous person felt left out, the Hannah Montana star slammed the money hungry ways of celebrities in general.

'People in this industry think, ''I just gotta keep getting more money'', and I'm like, ''What are you getting more money for? You probably couldn't even spend it all in this lifetime.''

Double standard: The star (pictured May) also questioned the different approach people have to her, 'Kendrick Lamar sings about LSD and he's cool. I do it and I'm a druggie whore'

'People get more famous, so that they can make their brand more famous, so that they can sell more shit, so that they can make more money. It's a never-ending cycle. Getting more money, having more hits, being the lead in the movie - those things might stimulate you, but they don't make you happy. I've experienced it all already, and I'm telling you firsthand, it doesn't.'

Miley said she had hoped she would be seen as an alternative role model - especially in the wake of her revelation about her undefined sexuality - so others would not feel alone.

The former child star said that is why she started her Happy Hippie foundation which aims to support homeless youth and LGBTQ youth.

'A lot of us are born into some shit, you know what I mean? Lately, I've been talking a lot about my being gender-fluid and gender-neutral. And some people snarl at that. They want to judge me.

'People need more conventional role models, I guess. But I just don't care to be that person.'

And the VMA host says she has no plans to be anyone but herself, telling the magazine people can say whatever they want about her.

'I don't really stress too much about being out there. There's nothing left to catch me doing. You want to hack my e-mail so you can find my nude pictures? I'll just f**king put them up.'

And, if people did see her nudes, she is really not that fussed.

Speaking of her body, the star said: 'I feel like a 15-year-old boy trapped in the body of a 22-year-old girl.'

The September issue with Miley as its cover girl is on newsstands August 18.
