But EJ Johnson did his best to ensure all eyes were well and truly on him as he attended Kylie Jenner's bash at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in West Hollywood on Sunday night.

The Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills star, 23, showed off his fierce signature style and rather impressive weight-loss as he slipped into a striking leather and lace look.

The son of basketball legend Magic Johnson teamed a black sheer lace blouse with a dramatic pearl collar with a cropped leather waistcoat.

Continuing the leather theme, the reality star rocked a pair of skintight black trousers with rips at the knees as he exited the star-studded bash.

The E! star, who left the club with a female friend, clutched a pearl and patent Chanel box handbag as well as his white iPhone.

Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday bash was nothing short of fantabulous!

From Gigi Hadid to EJ Johnson (Magic Johnson's son), everyone seemed to have attended.

The all black dominatrix look must have been the theme for Kylie's birthday.

The momager, Kris, rocked an all black attire with a sexy bustier; Khloe wore a mesh black dress, Kim wore a black see through shirt and Kourt wory a black mesh jumpsuit!

EJ joined in on the dom look and donned a sheer lace top, a leather vest along with ripped knee leggings and ankle boots.

EJ's sheer blouse and fitted trousers also showcacased his recent weight-loss, which he revealed on the series finale of RKOBH.

He said to his co-stars: 'I feel that my confidence level has definitely gone up. And I'm, you know, a new b**ch.'

With the help of Pilates, a personal trainer and banning carbs, the star has shed 180 pounds in six months, following gastric bypass surgery.

'The surgery was definitely the best thing that ever happened to me,' the reality TV star said.

'I never thought that I'd look this good, and that is the God's honest truth.'

And the outspoken reality star certainly looked as though he had plenty to smile about as he exited the venue after partying with Kylie and a host of her showbiz friends and family at her second bash of the evening.

After enjoying a family dinner with her parents Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, elder sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, supermodel sibling Kendall Jenner and rapper brother-in-law Kanye West, Kylie headed to party the night away at Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows.

There, she was joined by friends Gigi Hadid, Noah Cyrus, Zayn Malik, Hailey Baldwin and her close rapper pal Tyga, who rather generously gifted her with a $320,000 Ferrari.
