  • His wife, Christine, had pedicure and heard 'inappropriate sexual comment'
  • Presenter said to have stormed in next day shouting and swearing at man
  • Both parties are seeking legal advice and refuse to apologise to each other

Paddy McGuinness was filmed as he allegedly launched into a rant at a nail bar worker he accused of making a sexual remark about his model wife.

The 6ft 1in Take Me Out host is said to have stormed into the American Nail Studio in Wilmslow, Cheshire, the day after wife Christine, 26, had visited for a pedicure.

She claims she heard a male member of staff making an 'inappropriate sexual comment' under his breath while carrying out the treatment in July.

Five other customers can be seen having their nails done as the comedian walks into the salon and approaches the member of staff.

The 41-year-old presenter allegedly put his hand on the man's shoulders and shoves him while shouting that he had 'tried it on' with his wife.

He can be seen wearing a white polo shirt, jeans and white trainers as he gesticulates at staff in the 30-second footage before walking out.

Ronald Giron, 44, who owns the salon and says they have lots of celebrity customers, told The Sun on Sunday: 'It was unbelievable. He just stormed in and was shouting. The place was full.

'He shouted something like "I will deck you in" and said "That b****** tried it on with my wife. He told my missus she gave him a hard on".

'My employee didn't say that though. It was all a misunderstanding because he doesn't speak very good English. I think she probably misheard, went home and told Paddy and it drove him mad.'

Mr Giron believes that the technician had said she had 'hard skin' on her feet.

He added that when the former Miss Liverpool left the previous day she seemed happy with her pedicure and even tipped them £3 on top of the £25 treatment.

Both parties have confirmed they were seeking legal advice and that both McGuinness and the salon have refused to apologise to each other.

A spokesman for Paddy, 41, said he had gone to the salon to remonstrate with the individual, saying he had reacted 'strongly, as any husband would'.

He said Paddy would not be apologising because he strongly denied any wrongdoing.

Mrs McGuinness, famed for her glamorous Twitter selfies, increased her bust size from a 32D to a 32E after giving birth to her 18-month-old twins, Leo and Penelope.

The pair, who lived in a £3million mansion in Prestbury, Cheshire, met when she was 19 at the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament in 2008, where she was modelling.

They married in 2011 in a lavish ceremony at Thornton Manor in Cheshire after three years together.

The loved-up funnyman has previously admitted he can't bear to be parted from his wife, and rushes back home to see her in Bolton whenever he is filming in London.

He said in an interview: 'I know it sounds cheesy but I don't want to be apart from her - I still live in Bolton and try to drive back straight after working in London so I can be at home.

'She's everything to me. I could never have married a trophy wife. It would drive me potty not to be able to have a conversation with my partner - or a laugh.'

McGuinness was working as a leisure centre lifeguard when friend and fellow comedian Peter Kay convinced him to take part in Channel 4 comedy Phoenix Nights.

They went on to have their own show, Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere, before McGuinness' presenting career took off - hosting the Saturday night dating programme as well as appearing on ITV's This Morning and Amazing Greys.

He's also set to appear as a guest for a stint on Coronation Street this month as Dougie Ryan.
