She might date em young, but she likes to hike around her own age.

Kathy Griffin took an early morning hike with a mystery man in the Hollywood Hills on Monday.

There was no sign of the 54-year-old's boyfriend, Randy Bick, 34, who is apparently not as big a fan of the dawn strolls.

Instead, the comedienne linked up with a hunky fellow exerciser as the two powered along the upmarket avenues.

The Kathy donned plenty of make-up for the workout, but forwent her usual heavy mascara and eye-shadow.

Her freshly blow-dried flame-red hair she wore down over her shoulders.

Her mystery companion meanwhile wore trainers and long grey shorts, his grey T-shirt showing sweaty evidence of their arduous excursion. 

Despite the 20-year age gap between the former Fashion Police host and her marketing exec beau, the couple have lasted more than three years together.

'Here's the thing, I don't want one iota of judgement from you because he's a little younger than I am,' she told Larry King when news of their relationship first broke. 'He's a normal guy.'

Kathy recently took to Twitter to deny she had staged a tumble during her entrance to an interview on James Corden's Late Late Show.

A report claimed she had fallen and immediately demanded the footage be kept, becoming angry when the producers insisted on reshooting it.

'Unfortunately, this story is NOT true but COME ON, admit it, my hair/make-up and body look slammin in this photo!!!' she tweeted.
