Lily Allen looks super-toned in a tiny neon thong and mismatching bra as she posts shameless nearly-naked mirror selfie

Lily Allen's latest shameless selfie proved you don't have to be in Ibiza or St. Tropez to celebrate your curves this summer.

Posing from what appeared to be a utility cupboard, the peroxide blonde looked sensational in nothing but a tiny neon thong and a mismatching bra on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old mum-of-two appeared to be in better shape than ever - and proud too - as she pointed the camera into the mirror to capture her fine form for her 674k followers.

Lily crossed an arm around her body and turned one hip away to shoot a super-slender side profile while facing a particularly glam lamp.

She said, '#mom #lampshadeonfleek' to indicate that the near-naked self shot wasn't all about her sensational shape.

The musician appeared to be on a shoot day because she tagged Hackney's Clissfold Park in the solo shot, before sharing a second picture featuring her two dressed up daughters.

Ethel and Marnie - who two cute children by husband Sam Cooper - wore pretty party dresses and matching ribbons in their hair; surrounded by members of Lily's team.

It's the first shot that the dedicated mum and musician has shared in some time, as the notoriously private solo star mainly keeps her social media feeds to professional projects.

Wednesday was all about boasting about the feisty blonde's new partnership with fashion brand Vero Moda, appropriately dubbed veromodaxlily.

Get your frills in Lily's J.W.Anderson sweater

When it comes to style, Lily Allen is in a league of her own.

From her prom dress and sneaker days to the eccentric ensembles we've spotted her wearing more recently, she likes to stand out from the crowd. And she did just that when she cruised around on a Segway wearing some Joshua Sanders slip-on trainers, a color pop purple backpack by MCM and this gorgeously girly pink sweater.

It's by J.W. Anderson, a too-cool-for-school brand that we've spotted on everyone from Cara Delevingne to Kim Kardashian. We love the baby pink shade and nautical-inspired frill front of this knitted piece, which you can buy now by clicking (right) to Net-a-Porter.

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but winter is on its way. So if you want to get ahead now is the time to invest in a transitional piece like this one. Use it to layer up on cool summer evenings, then wear it as a style statement beneath your coat next season.

Alternatively, take a look at the Lily-inspired options we've got lined up for you in the edit below. Asos' peplum knit is our top pick!

She was announced as the new ambassador for the label in May and has delighted fashion fans with her first shoot for the brand already.

Former collaborators include Alexa Chung and Poppy Delevingne but its Lily's first serious foray into the fashion world for many years.

Fans will remember that Lily previously launched her own vintage store, Lucy In Disguise, with her sister Sarah Owen.

She's spent the summer back in the UK after many months Stateside following up on her latest musical offering, Sheezus.

The success of the album was disappointing, Lily recently admitted to The Mirror but she now says she's focussed on getting back in the studio.

'The first thing I came back with was Hard Out Here and that was important to me, a real statement of intent, even though you couldn't put it on the radio over here because it had too much swearing.

'I thought it did really well and then management and the label chose to go with Air Balloon and I just think starting with something really aggressive and in your face and then going in a different direction... people need to know what they are getting.'

'Maybe the songs aren't good enough this time, who knows? I just know I can't wait to get back into the studio.'
