Bringing a smile to little faces: Khloe Kardashian shows off kind-hearted nature visiting sick youngsters at Sydney's Children's Hospital

She came to Australia to launch her children's wear range earlier this month.

And during her time Down Under Khloe Kardashian showed off her kind-hearted side when she paid a visit to sick youngsters at Sydney's Children's Hospital in Randwick.

The 31-year-old couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she cuddled up to newborns and young school children alike.

The international visitor took the time out to stop and talk to each of the children before posing for photos with them, their families and the nurses.

While handing out balloons to the kids, Khloe covered up her super toned figure as she dressed in a pair of black skinny-cut slacks and a matching coloured v-neck shirt.

Khloe wore a long sleeves black coat over the top of her chosen outfit which fell below her knee.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added a touch of colour to her look with bright red painted finger and toe nails which were on full display in a pair of strappy high heels.

She wore her long blonde dyed locks out and styled it with a slight wave as she parted it to the left.

Khloe opted for a nude make-up look as she brushed her blemish-free face in natural coloured foundation before adding dark eye make-up and brown lipstick. 

Just days earlier, the reality TV star got her face painted with a group of young tots at the official launch of Kardashian Kids Kollection.

The cover girl showed off her pearly whites during the intimate evening, proving to be a complete natural with children.

Her motherly touch has also been noted by the model's older sister Kim Kardashian who has claimed Khloe as being the best babysitter for daughter North as well as her godmother.

'Khloe is definitely the best babysitter,' the wife of Kayne West said last year on the Jimmy Kimmel show. 

Khloe and her ex-husband Lamar Odom's efforts to have a child together were well documented on their reality show with reports of IVF and visits to fertility specialists.

But their relationship fell apart in 2013 amid allegations he was taking drugs and cheating on her.
