Be fancy and fluorescent in Emily's Balmain fringe dress

It took us a momo to become un-hypnotized by Emily's dazzling fringe Balmain dress.

And for the woman staring in the upcoming film about electro- disco music, we couldn't think of anything more fitting than this stunning sequined emerald green beauty.

This disco dream hails from Balmain's Pre-Fall collection, which unfortunately for us, has not been released yet.

So while we sit around and twiddle our thumbs for a dress that will most likely cost an arm and a leg (totes worth it)-- we've culled together some great options that'll take you straight to Emerald City on a budget. Have a look!

He admitted: 'I cannot produce anything but I can play a little set. We are all great iPhone DJs.'
