'I actually don't care': Rita Ora hits back at rumoured fling ASAP Rocky as she addresses 'tasteless' lyrics in his song Better Things

Despite being labelled some rather harsh things by ASAP Rocky in his single Better Things, Rita Ora has decided to take the high road by admitting she loves his music.

The 24-year-old singer, who is busy promoting her upcoming tour in the States, said the comments didn’t affect her on personal level.

During a recent interview with Nessa on Hot 97 Radio Station, the British star said: ‘I’m not looking at it like “you’re upsetting me” because I don’t actually give a s**t.’

‘I care about my business more than anything, so I actually don’t care,’ she added. ‘But I don’t want people to think it’s okay to speak about women like that. That’s it.

‘I don’t care what you say about me. I don’t give a flying f**k. I’m very happy with what I do, and I’m proud of who I am, and what I represent.’

In the track, which was released in May, features on the controversial rapper’s latest album - A.L.L.A - which includes some rather crass lyrics about the new X Factor judge where he claims they were once linked.

The 26-year-old hi hop star said: 'I swear that b***h Rita Ora got a big mouth / Next time I see her might curse the b**ch out.

'Kicked the b**ch out once cause she b**ched out / Spit my kids out, j***ed up all in her mouth and made the b**ch bounce'.

ASAP - whose real name is Rakim Mayers - later admitted his comments about Rita were 'tasteless'.

‘The Rita thing was tasteless of me,’ he said. ‘[But] I've got to stand by it, because I did it. I said it.’

After hearing about his latest comments, Rita told presenter Nessa: ‘That’s nice. He still said it though.

‘Like I said, “Congratulations [A$AP Rocky].” His album has done great. I liked it and he knows where to find me if he wants to apologise.
