Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor suffered quite the embarrassment recently as he was arrested for attempting to steal a pair of expensive sunglasses while on a working holiday in Hawaii.

However, things seem to be looking up for the star, who took to Twitter on Tuesday to gush about girlfriend Brittany Cartwright's boob job.

'Back to see payman and @jlayke but this time it's not for me...' posted the 36-year-old, who has had two rhinoplasty procedures.

Heading home: The pair were spotted driving off together after Brittany's boob job, which the reality star excitedly Tweeted about that same day

And the reality star also showed off his caring side, as he was spotted helping Brittany to the car later that day - along with the help of a nurse - following her surgery.

He wore a fitted grey graphic T-shirt, which he coupled with a pair of dark wash jeans and grey and white Nike sneakers.

He finished off the laid-back look with a blue and white baseball cap, worn backwards, as he was seen holding onto his girlfriend as he walked her to the car, and helped her to climb inside.

Doting: The Vanderpump Rules star kept a careful eye on his girlfriend, and led her to the car, with the help of a nurse

Brittany dressed comfortably post-surgery, sporting a pink, zip-up hoodie, which she coupled with a pair of grey sweatpants.

She finished off the look with blue slipper socks, and wore her brunette tresses pulled back into a ponytail.

Earlier that day he had shared a snap of himself sleeping on a waiting room couch as he waited for the end of his girlfriend's surgery.

Later, he shared a picture of Brittany looking a bit sleepy coming out of surgery as she could be seen smiling while laying in her hospital bed.

He gushed: 'She's so cute and happy thanks payman and @jlayke @plastixdocs for taking care of my girl, @bncartwright was perfect before but this is something's she's always wanted.'

Sleepy: The reality star also posted a picture of Brittany following her surgery, and gushed that she 'was perfect before but this is something's she's always wanted'

Grateful: Jax stepped out on Tuesday evening to see co-star Kristen Doute perform at The Parlor in Hollywood, and so he later thanked Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney for looking out for Brittany while he was away

However, it seemed he had to leave Brittany as later that night Vanderpump Rules co-star Kristen Doute was performing at The Parlor in Hollywood.

Following her performance, he congratulated the reality star, writing: '.@TheParlorHW great show tonight and congrats @kristendoute you did a great job I was impressed couldn't stop laughing you should be proud.'

He also made sure to thank co-stars Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney, as it seemed they had stepped in to look out for Brittany while he was away.

Wink: Jax also seemed to confirm the reasoning behind Brittany's surgery as he posted this Tweet in response to the Bravo Producer account

Jax took to Twitter to joke: 'Thanks @twschwa and @MusicKillsKate so much for taking care of my baby tonight!! And being her #boobiesitter I owe you both.'

Brittany also shared a 'Hugeeee thank you' to her 'boobiesitters' on Twitter, noting that it meant so much to her, adding: 'you guys are amazing!!'

And she made sure to shout out to Bravo and Evolution Media, as they sent her a bouquet of pink and white flowers, and wished her a speedy recovery.

Recovery mode: The brunette beauty seemed to be in good spirits as she shared this snap and tweeted about recovery on Wednesday, however, on Thursday she admitted: 'The soreness is real this morning'

The brunette beauty then posted a snap of braided pigtails Katie had helped her with the night before, as she stuck out her tongue and joked 'recovery mode got me like'

However, on Thursday Brittany took to Twitter to share a sad face smiley as she let her followers know that 'The soreness is real this morning.'
