Lily Collins returned to Los Angeles on Wednesday night after a whirlwind reunion with her boyfriend in London.

The 26-year-old actress opted for the urban chic look with distressed blue jeans and an olive green jacket as she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport.

Lily added some flair to her pixie crop with a crown braid and brought a pop of colour to her ensemble with a bright red purse.

Back home: Lily Collins arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday after a whirlwind reunion with boyfriend Jamie Campbel Bower in London

The Mirror Mirror star and beau Jamie Campbell Bower, 26, were united on Tuesday as they arrived to the BritPop Vinyl Collection party at the W Hotel in London.

Lily and Jamie both stepped out in co-ordinating black outfits as they looked thrilled to be back in each other's company.

The couple starred in the 2013 film The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones together and were in a relationship from July 2012 to August 2013.

Lily confirmed through social media in May that she and Jamie had reconciled.

She posted a sweet snap of the pair kissing on her Instagram page, telling her fans she had found her 'inner glow' once again after rekindling her romance with her former co-star.

The daughter of Phil Collins was born in England but moved to Los Angeles at age five when her parents divorced.

English actor Jamie has been performing in London in the West End musical version of the 2002 film Bend It Like Beckham.

Jamie also is a member of the rock band Counterfeit and has been promoting upcoming shows on social media.

Lily's next project is an untitled Warren Beatty biopic on Howard Hughes due out in 2016 in which she plays Marla Mabrey.

The period piece also starring Taissa Farmiga, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin and Matthew Broderick centers on an affair the business tycoon had in his later years with a much younger woman and has wrapped filming.
