It's over! Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates is slapped with divorce papers from his wife Amanda Aspinall 

He’s one half of the popular band Hall & Oates.

And while the rockers are enjoying a tour through North America, Daryl Hall, 68, has just been received divorce papers from his wife Amanda Aspinall.

Page Six reports that Aspinall – who is the daughter of the late British zoo owner and casino tycoon John Aspinall – filed for divorce in Connecticut, where the couple lived with her two sons.

The couple tied the knot in 2009 and after six years, Amanda decided to call it quits.

Radar Online reports that Amanda claimed the marriage had ‘irretrievably broken down’ in the court documents.

Also Daryl won’t be contesting the divorce so long as the prenup agreement is observed.

The former couple collaborated together on Hall’s 2011 solo album Laughing Down Crying; Aspinall sang back-up vocals on ‘Save Me’ and ‘Eyes For You.’

Hall was married once before to Bryna Lublin from 1969 to 1972.

He has no biological children from either of his spouses but one son named Darren Hall (born 1985) from Andrea Zobloski, a Duluth, Minnesota native.

Meanwhile Hall and his musical counterpart John Oates continue to tour after 45 years of playing music together.

The duo, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014, co-wrote 11 No. 1 hits and sold over 60 million albums together.

Hall & Oates’ next show will be August 30 in Irvine, California, followed by stops in the US, Canada and Japan throughout the end of the year.
