So no doubt Britney Spears was excited to get the chance to play a bit of dress-up.

The 33-year-old singer took to Instagram on Thursday to share a few adorable snaps of her bonding day with niece Sophia Alexandra Sanchez Spears.

The adorable youngster is the daughter of Britney's older brother Bryan Spears and his wife Graciella Sanchez.

In one of the snaps the two ladies looked pretty in their best summertime looks as they did the same pose while holding the skirts of their dresses.

The Baby One More Time hitmaker captioned the photo to her 5.1million followers: 'Feeling pretty, feeling summery, feeling pretty summery in our dresses.'

Britney rocked a coral mini dress which featured a shiny striped detailing on the skirt as she finished off the look with a pair of strappy black leather heels.

Her signature blonde locks were worn in an elegant updo as she sported natural, complimentary make-up on her face.

Sophia looked cute in a black dress featuring a neon floral detailing all over it as she also rocked a pair of shiny pink sneakers.

It seems like the two had fun together as the Womanizer hitmaker took to the picture-sharing social network again later to share another delightful photo later on in the day.

The two could be seen surrounded completely by bubbles as only their faces could be seen through the mounds of white foam.

It is quite an exciting time in the Spears household as Britney recently revealed that she is set to guest star on Jane The Virgin.

The excited singer shared the news with fans on Twitter on Tuesday, saying she was thrilled to be joining one of her all-time favorite shows.

The dramedy follows the adventures of Jane, a waitress at the Marbella Hotel, who becomes pregnant after accidentially being artificially inseminated, despite being a virgin.
