The teaser shows Rita, 24, draped in a Union Jack flag and little else as she dances to the sultry lyrics.

She's also seen teasing Chris, 26, as he tries to kiss her before the pair get very close up against a wall for the video, which has been directed by Colin Tilley, the man behind Nicki Minaj's Anaconda.

Speaking to Capital FM's Dave Berry and Lisa Snowdon recently, Rita, who appeared in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie this year, revealed that the video is her raciest one yet, 'It's probably one of the most intimate videos I've ever done, but it's really exciting,' she teased.

Chris, who is no stranger to steamy music videos, added: 'You know, there was some grown stuff. I had to put on my sexy face for two minutes.'

The pair, who have been friends for around five years, have explained that they have wanted to work together for years but it was only when Rita was recording in a studio next door to Chris that they started talking about a collaboration.

So far their team-up has paid off, with Body On Me debuting at number 23 on the UK singles chart last week, with the track expected to climb following the release of the video.

The single is the second release from Rita's forthcoming album, following Poison which debuted at number three in the UK.

The star has recently spoken about how hard she has been working to make her long awaited second record perfect:

She admitted: ‘So this album I wanna be the rockstar that I always was. I have to fight every day. I still have to grind. On this second album I've put my blood in it, literally. The album was my resurrection. I got myself together. ‘

She added: ‘I had amazing people around me. I went back to the drawing board and started writing with them.’

Those people include Ed Sheeran, Prince, Diplo, Dr. Luke and Chris Brown and Rita explained that she chose her collaborators because every one of them teaches her something about the type of artist she wants to represent.

It's a busy period for Rita who is preparing for a month-long US tour, which kicks off in Los Angeles next week.

After that it'll be straight back home to the UK in time for the new series of The X Factor, which has signed up the singer as a new judge alongside pal Nick Grimshaw and returnees Cheryl Fernandez Versini and Simon Cowell.
