'I'm lucky to have these three girls!' Perrie Edwards gets a hug from James Corden as she praises Little Mix bandmates for getting her through shock split from Zayn Malik

She was dumped by her fiance Zayn Malik via text message just a few weeks ago but Perrie Edwards is bouncing back thanks to her Little Mix bandmates.

Appearing on James Corden's The Late Late Show, Perrie, 22, gushed about the support she has gotten from Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall, saying they have helped her cope with the abrupt end to her engagement.

After Corden, 36, gave her a hug and asked: 'Are you OK.?  It's been a tough few weeks. are you alright?, Perrie responded by saying: 'You know what? I'm good. We're having an absolute blast in America. Things are going so well and I just wake up every day and I thank my lucky stars I have these three girls.' '[They've got me through this] 100 per cent.'

Despite Perrie's heartache, the band have been in the US promoting their new single Black Magic and were invited to join Taylor Swift on stage at her show in Santa Clara, California over the weekend, which they described as an 'incredible' experience.

Leigh-Anne gushed: 'It was incredible. Do you know what? She is the most loveliest person ever, she's so lovely.'

And the girls revealed they were particularly excited about the surprise appearance at the Shake It Off hitmaker's concert, because she chartered a private jet just for them so they were able to hang out and have a 'girly chat'.

She added: 'We flew back with her on the way back and it was so nice, we had a girly chat and it was wicked, she's so business-minded.'

While Perrie appeared to be in high spirits, just a few days ago Zayn rubbed salt in the wound, by throwing shade at Little Mix on Twitter.

Fans were left shocked after Zayn retweeted a message on Twitter which read, 'Which is the better single? Retweet – 'Worth It' by Fifth Harmony. Favorite – 'Black Magic' by Little Mix (sic).'

Meanwhile, they had barely moved into their love nest before Zayn ended their four year romance and now it's been reported that the former One Direction star and his ex fiancee Perrie have put their £4.2 million home on the market, just two months after moving in.

Insiders claimed last week that Zayn had already asked the Little Mix singer to move her belongings out of the North London home they shared, but now it's thought the pair have decided to put the house on the market.

A source told The Sun: 'This was the house where Perrie expected to marry Zayn and act as his wife for the rest of their lives. It was their dream home.'

The source added that heartbroken Perrie has been left shocked by the couple's split, after they had made such a big commitment together.

'It's understandable that Perrie feels confused and led on. He must have already been having doubts about the relationship,' claims the insider.

'This was a very serious, major financial purchase. She thought Zayn was committing to their long-term future.'

Meanwhile, Perrie and her bandmates have joined forces with PETA [People for the ethical treatment of animals] to call for a ban on wild animals in circuses.

Leigh-Anne said in a statement: 'We were shocked to learn that wild animals are still suffering in circuses. Animals don't jump through rings of fire for fun—they do so out of fear, and it's time to ban this so-called form of entertainment once and for all.

'There's no reason why animals should still be suffering in circuses, and we hope that by posing for this ad, we'll be doing our bit to help ban the use of wild animals in circuses. We hope, too, that our fans will join us in supporting PETA's campaign to end this cruelty.'
