She filmed her TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians nonstop while in St Barts with her family earlier this week.

But on Saturday it was all about down time as Kim Kardashian visited a friend in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old beauty was with nephew Mason, aged five, and two assistants - that carried several bags with them - as she stopped by the home of a pal.

The E! star was also showing off her large pregnancy bump in a white tank top, white tube skirt pulled up high and a long, silky light pink coat.

Beige sandals looked much more appropriate for the wife of Kanye West, who boarded a private jet in St Barts wearing five inch heels.

The mother to North West, aged two, had her glam look done well and looked as if she was ready for a magazine shoot or KUWTK session.

Her raven hair was styled nicely and her makeup was perfect, with kohl-lined eyes and light mauve lipstick.

Oddly, the reality diva did not carry a purse or even a cell phone.

It was quite a trip for the Kardashians in St Barts.

The family was seen riding jet skis, parasailing, working out on the beach, but Kim was not able to join in the activities as she is too far along in her pregnancy.

The Vogue cover star is expecting a boy in December.
