He has a habit of making those around him smile.

But on Friday, actress Teresa Palmer's one-year-old son Bodhi was positively infectious as he made onlookers giggle with glee.

The 29-year-old Australian actress and her cherubic blonde boy were seen bursting into a fit of uncontrollable laughter as they walked down a Los Angeles street.

For the mother-and-son outing, the blonde beauty, wore a striped grey shirt, baggy ripped jeans and a pair of nude flats. 

The laid-back star left her hair natural falling in curls around her heart-shaped face.

Bodhi, who was born in February 2014 and shares the same name as Megan Fox's son, was dressed in a matching grey shirt. 

His bleach-coloured blonde hair tufted around the adorable boy's head.

The toddler seemed to be caught in such a fit of giggles that he tilted his head forward, overcome with emotion.

Teresa and husband director Mark Webber married in 2013, and welcomed Bodhi a year later.

The mother-of-one will next be seen on the big screen in Point Break, originally starring the late Patrick Swayze in 1991.

The remake will recount the story of a string of bizarre bank robberies in Southern California, with the crooks donning masks of former presidents.

Luke Bracey will play the iconic role of FBI agent Johnny Utah in the crime reboot which was originally played Keanu Reeves, while Teresa will play Johnny's love interest, Tyler Endicott.

Edgar Ramirez, who will play Patrick Swayze's Bodhi.

Originally scheduled for an August release, the much-anticipated remake is now expected to reach cinemas in December.
