Topless Grace Jones, 67, hits the stage in just tribal bodypaint and a basque as she headlines Afropunk festival

Grace Jones is known for putting on a show-stopping appearances.

But the 67-year-old delivered a performance to remember on Friday night when she hit the stage in just bodypaint and a basque with knickers.

The musician was headlining Brooklyn's Afropunk festival when she decided to show off her tribal stripes in an extremely bold fashion.

Grace wore a chainmail headpiece that concealed her shorter hairstyle but went topless to expose her breasts.

She maintained her modesty elsewhere with flesh-coloured lingerie that was decorated with white tribal designs.

Her form was particularly impressive at 67 and she looked confident with her super-toned limbs on show.

The 1970s pop act seemed to leave her armpits unshaven as she raised her athletic arms to perform with passion.

She expressed her excitement for the performance on Facebook ahead of the event, saying: 'I'm coming for you Brooklyn, this Friday at the AFROPUNK Fancy Dress Ball. You better dress to impress me.

Grace was accompanied on stage at the fancy dress ball by similarly scantily clad dancers and after arriving on stage in a cape and mask, the brunette became increasingly more undressed as the performance went on. 

Though rarely seen on stage these days, it's been a summer of festivals for the starlet, who similarly took the stage at Hyde Park's British Summer Time festival and even ParkLife.
