Against the odds, they have finally made it down the aisle.

Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra - both 23 - tied the knot on Saturday at a former Dairy Farm in Michigan.

They have been dating for 10 years since seventh grade, and Catelynn fell pregnant when she was just 16-years-old.

The 23-year-old mom-of-two told Us Weekly: 'I always prayed one day that Ty would be my husband, and I am beyond blessed that my prayers came true'.

Tyler told the publication: 'I believe Cate was brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me, admired by me, and forever cared for by me.

'There is no one else I would rather be than her husband and the father of her children … I’m so honored and blessed to be able to grow old with her.'

They have been documenting the build-up to their wedding on social media but have kept exact details of the big day under-wraps.

Catelynn has been careful not to give away any secrets about her dress, but did Instagram a picture of their wedding licence.

She captioned the snap: 'Look what I got @tylerbaltierramtv your stuck with me forever!' (sic)

She previously told US Weekly that her gown is: 'Elegant, mature, and makes me feel beautiful!' - and the publication reports that she wore a strapped, fitted ball gown that featured head-to-toe lace.

According to Us Weekly, they exchanged vows in front of 154 guests including several of their Teen Mom co-stars - Amber Portwood, who attended with her fiancé, Matt Baier; and Maci Bookout and fiancé Taylor McKinney, along with her son Bentley and the couple’s new baby girl, Jayde.

They report that Teen Mom 2’s Kailyn Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, were also on hand to celebrate the happy union.

Their first daughter - Carly - was also said to be in attendance at the union, which took place at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan.

She was adopted at birth in 2009 and their adoption journey was documented by MTV’s cameras for 16 And Pregnant.

The little girl’s adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa, also attended the ceremony according to the publication, while their second daughter, eight-month-old Nova Reign, was the flower girl.

Tyler posted a snap to instagram wearing a tux for the big day, standing next to his father.

The high-school sweethearts were originally due to marry in July 2013, but after appearing on Season 3 of Couples Therapy they decided to postpone it indefinitely while they worked on their relationship.

Tyler sounded delighted to finally welcome their wedding day, as he Instagrammed a short video captioned: 'Nothing like waking up on the day you marry your best friend & see this. 10 years together & it's finally happening in a couple hours.
