After Nick Gordon was banned from attending the August 1 funeral and August 3 burial of his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown, he vowed to have his 'own service.'

And according to People, the grieving 25-year-old got his wish on August 17 when 'some generous friends' flew him to New Jersey to visit her grave.

Gordon paid his respects to the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, who was laid to rest beside her mother at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.

According to Entertainment Tonight, he had commented on Mason Whitaker's (now deleted) August 10 Facebook post: 'We will have our own service remembering and honoring Krissi. Only real family that actually was there for her will attend.'

Brown officially died July 26 at the Peachtree Christian Hospice, nearly six months after being found face down and unconscious in a bathtub in her Georgia home.

'[Nick] gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage,' the legal documents stated August 7.
