Justin Bieber knows a thing or two about being a selfie photographer, but even he encounters accidents with a cell phone.

On Monday, the 21-year-old pop singer was spotted taking time to take photos and sign autographs for screaming fans outside the Z100 radio studios in New York City.

One lucky Belieber got a photo op with the Where Are You Now hitmaker before he dropped her phone accidentally on the ground, perhaps a little tired after his impressive show at the Billboard Hot 100 Festival at nearby Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.

Justin was dressed casually and comfortable in a long sleeve white shirt and tattered jacket with the hood over his head and sports cap.

The former bad boy covered his body in dark coloured skinny jeans and white sneakers to complete his black and white outfit.

After dropping a fan's phone, Justin appeared to look apologetic as he picked up the device off the ground and returned it to the rightful owner.
