The address shown in the leaked credit card records is the address in Tribeca, New York, of the two bedroom rental where the couple live and where scenes in the show were filmed.

Today he told Daily Mail Online Mr that he denied any knowledge of the account.

He said: 'I don’t understand. There’s not a shot in hell that I’m a subscriber. I have no knowledge of that this is the first I’ve ever heard of it.

'This is crazy. I saw it on the TV the other day about the security breach and we were laughing about it. It is what it is but somebody is definitely fraudulently using my name and number.'

The email address used in the profile - JTeezy012@gmail.com - is close to the Twitter handle used by Taeken, @Jteezy012.

Taekman who co-founded Vitalize Labs, the company behind energy supplement EBOOST, appears to have been active on the site for three years with his online activity seeming to stop in June 2014.

They first started appearing on Housewives in the spring of 2014.

During this period viewers of the Real Housewives of New York witnessed the couple's often strained marriage on screen with their frequent bickering becoming a talking point of their debut season, season six.

In May it was revealed that Taekman had been unhappy with the way he was portrayed on the show and that the couple had had 'long discussions' before signing up for another season.

According to reports at the time, 'There was a lot of added strain in the marriage after the season aired so Kristen agreed not to allow cameras as much access to them as a couple.'

Speaking to OK! last year Kristen admitted: 'After every episode, viewers would go on Twitter and tell me to divorce my husband…I am really bummed at how he was portrayed.

'People are calling him a d***** bag. He is not a d***** bag. The show made him seem much harsher than he really is.'

But, she added: 'I'm not taking all the blame for our relationship issues. There is definitely stuff that Josh needs to work on ,too….Marriage is really hard. It drains you. But that is the reality. Reality is not five nannies and two housekeepers. Josh and I are normal people with not normal careers. What you see on screen is who we are.'

Taekman, who has a reported net worth of $20million, was reportedly more concerned that the negative depiction of him would impact badly on his business rather than what it revealed of his marriage to former model, Kristen.

Taekman's activity on Ashley Madison which operates under the tagline, 'Life is short. Have an affair,' coincides with Kristen's pregnancy and the birth of their second child, daughter Kingsley, 3. The couple have a six-year-old son, Cassius known as Cash.

The account use, which often saw multiple payments in a single day, ceased abruptly in June 2014. This was shortly after the couple's debut on RHONY and as his public profile began to rise.

Taekman met Kristen when he was working as Vice President of Marketing for P Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment label. During the label's peak he handled the careers of artists like Faith Evans, 112, Loon, Danity Kane and countless others.

That is the same time period they met fellow New York Housewife Heather Thompson, who also used to work for Bad Boy.

When the label was bought by Atlantic in 2005, California-born Taekman left to launch his own business, Vitalize Labs, which produces the energy drinks and supplements EBOOST popular among celebrities like Jillian Michaels, Bruce Willis and Kelly Ripa.

The couple married when Kristen was 25 and lived in California before moving to New York.

Their appearance on the show has alluded to their sex lives. In her debut series, Kristen spoke of refusing her husband sex until he had a vasectomy, and also a 'barter system' involving sex acts.

She responded to a gift of earrings by saying she would perform a sex act on him 'for sure'.

Josh responded: 'Should have got you two pairs.'

She was also reported to have written in a blog: 'We have many jokes and one is the **** *** joke. You will hear it a lot. . .Sorry.

'After being together so long, when your husband gives you diamond earrings isn’t that code that you have to give him a **? TMI, I know. Sorry.

'I am me — take it or leave it Josh really is a wonderful and supportive husband. He works really hard to support us and is really hands on.'

Last year she revealed that her husband gave her a second round of breast implant surgery for their ninth wedding anniversary.

'First year is diamond, somewhere along there is paper and nine years is silicone,' she said.

'I’ve had two kids and breastfed,' she said. 'I needed new ones. They look and feel so much better.'

Taekman is just the latest user to be exposed in the information download that saw hackers release data showing personal details of 37 million people who subscribed to Ashley Madison.

Last week beleaguered reality TV star Josh Duggar was revealed to be among the site's users. The disgraced 19 Kids and Counting star was exposed not only for having looked for an extramarital affair on the site but also allegedly creating a phony Facebook account to connect with strippers and lingerie models – all while working for a lobby that preached strict Christian morals.

The same email that Duggar used for his Ashley Madison account was shown to be linked to the Facebook profile of a man named 'Joe Smithson'.

The so-called Smithson has only 32 friends but nearly all of them are women, including scantily clad strippers and lingerie models in Arkansas where Duggar lived before moving to Washington DC to work in politics.

Another high profile 'victim' is Jeff Ashton, State Attorney for Orange and Osceola counties in Florida who has said he is resigning his post in the wake of his exposure.

The prosecutor gained national attention as a key player in the unsuccessful murder prosecution of Casey Anthony. He has claimed that he did not follow through with an affair despite registering to the infidelity site.

Names, ages, addresses, phone numbers, credit card details and detailed sexual fantasies were leaked when hackers from a group called 'the Impact Squad' posting the 9.7 gigabyte file called 'Times Up!' on the dark web. The post stated, 'cheating dirt bags do not deserve anonymity.'

More than 10,000 users were found to be registered under .gov and .mil email addresses – the official domain names of the American military and government.

However Ashley Madison doesn't verify addresses, which means that many users could have registered using the details of others, including their email addresses.

The Ashley Madison leak has already seen lawsuits filed against the company and a British woman has reportedly inquired into divorcing her husband after finding out that he was on the infidelity website.

One family lawyer in America has described it as 'Christmas in September' for the industry and Canadian widower Eliot Shore, who joined the site after his wife of 30 years died of cancer, is leading a $578million lawsuit against the company and demanding $4.8million in damages after his details were published on the internet.

The hack is the second high profile attack on a no-strings attached solicitation site this year. In March, Adult FriendFinder suffered a massive data breach, with hackers publishing details of 4 million subscribers on the web.

Daily Mail Online reached out to the Taekmans' spokesman repeatedly but has received no comment.
