Tori Spelling shocked shoppers as she emerged from the Calabasas Medical Spa on Saturday with a splotchy and bright red face.

Upon seeing her up close, one male passerby who recognized her remarked to his friend, 'Oh my God, is she okay?'

Although parked in a '20 Minute' zone, Tori, 42, spent over 2 hours at the medical spa. A source tells Daily Mail Online that Tori got 'the works' done.

'She had a chemical peel, a Microdermabrasion facial, and her eyebrows waxed,' says the insider, adding, 'it's pretty normal for the skin to look red and angry at first, but that should settle down within a few hours if [she] stays out of the sunlight. The things we women do for beauty, right.'

'Ever since Tori moved to Calabasas in July, she's been here about once a week.'

The reality star left the appointment carrying a bag of products to aid in her post-visit beauty routine.

She was also sporting a black sleeve to cover the burn she got on Easter Sunday at Benihana restaurant in Encino when she tripped and fell on to a hot grill.

On April 13, the Daily Mail Online exclusively reported that the mother of four went to the Grossman Burn Center in West Hills to have a skin graft to prevent infection and scarring from the injury.

Later in the day on Saturday Tori was photographed with her face caked in tan makeup at the LG 'Fam To Table' event in Culver City, hosted by Eva Longoria.

Just last week, supposedly cash-strapped Tori and her children, Liam, 8, Stella, 7, Hattie, 3, and Finn, 2, went to the upscale Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.

She even posted pics to her Instagram account on August 21 of herself in a white robe, kicking back during a relaxing spa day without the kiddos.

The post met with immediate backlash, with reports of her husband Dean McDermott being called out in legal papers by his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace for being 5 months in arrears on $8,700 child support for son Jack, 16.

One person wrote: 'Bragging about a vacation when your spouse can't afford to support his firstborn son is in poor taste, and I was always on your side until this. It's inexcusable.'

After Tori posted vacay pics on her website she faced similar comments,

One angry 'fan' commented: 'You went on a lavish vacation with 4 kids knowing Jack's child support hasn't been paid in five months? I can't believe you went on such a pricey vacation, let alone had the audacity to post photos of it. I am not surprised Mary Jo has pursued legal action.'

Dean, 48, wasn't on the getaway as he has found work since being 'chopped' as host from the cooking show Chopped Canada after two seasons.

On August 21, Dean tweeted from Canada, 'One flight done, one more to get home to LA. I'll be back to film more of #Slasher for @ChillerTV.'

The couple is currently filming a travel and cooking reality series for the Cooking channel.

Tori's face looked back to normal on Sunday, August 23, as she and the entire McDermott clan strolled the Studio City Farmer's Market with a camera crew in tow.
