Demi Lovato sizzles on the cover of her new album as she confirmed to fans it will drop in October.

The former Disney star, 23, even had a special treat in store because she enlisted a slew of celebrity pals - including Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Nick Jonas and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama - to help her reveal the track list for the new album.

The cover art shows Demi in an avant-garde outfit of a black top that has slits across the top of her chest and tapers down to the tiny pair of underwear-style briefs.

In an Interview for the September issue of Cosmopolitan, the singer and actress explained that they've only taken a time out form each other when she's been struggling with her addiction or other issues.

'The only times we ever broke up were when I was relapsing, whether it was drugs or in a bad place and rebelling against everybody, not just him,' she explained.

Demi gushed about how the former That '70s Show star stuck by her side as she worked through it.

'We started dating when I turned 18… Right after that, I went to rehab,' she said.

'People told him: 'You should probably leave. She's on a spiral, and you're going to be sucked down with it,'' she went on.'But he was like: 'I'm not leaving. This is somebody I really care about.'
