There are no more distractions to stop the star dealing the fallout from the collapse of her marriage to Ben Affleck.

Jennifer Garner will now have to focus on what is next for her and her family after spending the summer filming in Atlanta.

It has been just over two months since the 43-year-old and her Hollywood husband announced they were splitting up and on Friday the star had removed the symbol of her decade-long marriage.

The Alias star was seen near home Brentwood, California, without her ring and reportedly with one of the family's new nannies.

The previous woman to hold that position, Christine Ouzounian, it has been claimed had an affair with Ben.

While that has not been confirmed, the now estranged couple have recently hired a team of new nannies to look after their three children Violet 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.

A make-up free Jen seemed comfortable enough with the woman believed to be one of her new hires at the beginning of the month, with the two women chatting away.

The actress has only just return from filming Christian film, Miracles From Heaven, but seemed rather relaxed.

The 43-year-old dressed casually wearing a pair of army green pants that cinched in at the ankle with a loose fit grey T-shirt and a pair of sneakers.

The star slung a backpack over her shoulder and kept her accessories to a minimum.

Of course obviously missing - although the star did seem to be trying to hide her left hand - was her wedding ring.

While Jennifer and her estranged husband have been spending a lot of time together for the sake of the children - they holidayed together when news of the split first broke and recently were seen at Disneyland - now that they are both back in Los Angeles full time things may start to far less united.

The estranged pair had continued to share a house post split - a rental near to their mansion which is currently under renovation - but Jennifer is reportedly considering changing that living situation.

'Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation,' a family source told People.
