Stepping out in New York City on Thursday, Lourdes Leon maintained her quirky style in an ensemble that was comprised of the colour yellow from top to bottom.

Busy running errands, the silver-haired star was seen rocking a printed yellow dress which featured a daring plunging neckline.

The 90's are alive and well in the Madonna household. In fact they probably never left, and Madonna's golden girl proved it hear with her grunge- rock '90's inspired camisole dress dress.

This dress was part of an exclusive collection done by Betsey Johnson for Urban Outfitters to revive those iconic mid 90's Betsey Johnson dresses back to life.

The decade where grunge florals and choker necklaces were all the rage. Sadly, we missed out on this opportunity to relive Lilith Fair's glory days because this dress, and its subsequent collection is now sold out.

So we'll just have to do with the 90's inspired edit of patterned dresses in the carousel below.

The dress, which fell just below the knee, was emblazoned with a green leaf motif and featured a lace insert below the bust line.

Not helping to distract the attention from her chest, hung around Lourde's neck were a myriad of emblematic necklaces.

She teamed the style with yellow Adidas superstar trainers, whilst lugging around a yellow bag in an equally luminous shade.

Draped across the make-up free beauty's shoulders was a large baby blue rucksack, which appeared to be packed full.

It's hardly surprising that her carrier bore a heavy load however as the aspiring fashion designer was out to sell some of her unique clothes at the trendy Beacon's Closet vintage store in Chelsea.

Unable to resist, the young fashionista was also seen buying a few second hand items for herself.

Lourdes is regularly seen out and about in the Big Apple, where she reportedly moved to in a bid to follow in her mother's musical footsteps and pursue a career in the music industry.

But that isn't the influence the Holiday hitmaker has had on the teen, as she is also enrolled in the University of Michigan, the same college Madonna attended during her late teens.

The mother-daughter duo have already collaborated on clothing line Material Girl, which this year celebrated its fifth anniversary.
