She's her star girl! Cara Delevingne stuns in patterned dress as she enjoys date night with partner St. Vincent after MTV VMAs

They were alleged to have called off their romance earlier this summer.

But Cara Delevingne and St. Vincent laid rest to the rumours by leaving the 2015 MTV VMAs side by side on Sunday night, heading to Los Angeles celebrity hotspot the Chateau Marmont to keep the party going until the early hours of the morning.

The 23-year-old supermodel and the 32-year-old singer kept a low profile as they arrived at the venue for a low-key date following the excitement of the star-studded ceremony.

Unlike many of her showbiz peers, low-maintenance Cara didn't feel the need to change her outfit and was sporting the same effortlessly cool star-spangled dress she wore to the awards.

The glittering black and gold number with its subtle tassel detailing flattered her slim frame and drew the eye to her long legs.

Meanwhile, St. Vincent opted for a more daring look in a black sheer dress that showed off her bodycon slip.

The VMA's are one of the glitziest nights of the year, where bigger is better and everyone pulls out all the stops.

'I've done some outwardly romantic gestures. I've written songs for people, serenaded people with poems', she said.

'I think it's always better to wait until someone does it to you. Because, to be honest, I don't think someone's done something super romantic for me.'
