The Massachusetts courtroom sketch artist whose unflattering depiction of embattled Patriots star Tom Brady became instant internet meme fodder is at it again.

As Brady attended last-minute settlement talks between the NFL and its players union Monday, Jane Rosenberg again sketched the quarterback's famous face.

The result? Not quite as ghoulish as last time and this go-round she got the thumbs up from Brady himself.

However, after practicing for weeks, Rosenberg admitted it's not her best work and blamed a time crunch.

Rosenberg told TMZ she 'had very little time' to sketch from a distance in conditions that were a 'court artist's nightmare'.

She told TMZ she only had five minutes to produce the sketch.

Meanwhile, Rosenberg had been working studiously to prepare for her second shot at sketching Brady.

According to the Bleacher Report, Rosenberg had been studying Brady's face in the days leading up to Monday's hearing and even produced a very impressive portrait of the athlete.

And while she wasn't able to reproduce the feat in court Monday, she nonetheless got a nod of approval from Brady himself.

She says she was nearly alone in court finishing her drawing when Brady left a conference room and walked nearby with his lawyers.

She says he waved, looked her way and said 'thank you'. Rosenberg's not reading too much into it, saying he might just be 'a polite guy who waves to everybody'.

Outside the courthouse, she described her Monday sketch as 'not so great', bemoaning that her view was obstructed by one of Brady's lawyers and she had only a few minutes to draw.

The hearing lasted less than five minutes.
