Kylie Jenner the ultimate Kim klone: Teen steals her big sister's Balmain look for MTV VMAs

Kylie Jenner is quickly turning into the ultimate Kim Kardashian clone.

The reality TV star, who just turned 18, arrived at the MTV VMAs in Los Angeles on Sunday, dressed in a Balmain outfit reminiscent of her older sister's pre-pregnancy look.

The style of dress, with a short hemline and long sleeves, has been worn by Kim, 34, on various occasions, including at her pre-wedding festivities in Paris last year.

Kylie wore a tan version of the classic number, featuring elaborate stitching and an exquisite design.

The raven-haired beauty gave herself a boost with coordinated heels, showing off her long slender legs to maximal effect.

She glammed up the look with numerous silver jewel-encrusted rings and a bronze rectangular clutch.

Be bound and bandaged to Balmain like Kylie

Kylie Jenner is following right behind her big sis, Kim's footsteps as soldier in the #BalmainArmy. A-TEN-SHUN!

Kylie's arrived in an intricately woven, strong shouldered, nude mini dress by Balmain. The detailed woven fabric will be impossible to miss and dismiss. We love the all nude look since it's very slimming and lengthening to go monochromatic like that. Make sure to have a great tan like Kylie to match.

Sadly this exact dress isn't available yet since it's from the recent resort 2016 runway show. Head over to Net-a-Porter to get your Balmain fix or if you want a long sleeved nude body con mini like Kylie, we tried our best to find similarly woven numbers below. The Missguided version is all about clean lines but give you the same amount of coverage as the one Kylie is wearing and of course we get a bit of military flair from the Herve Leger option.

Lately, Kylie's fashion choices have drawn repeat comparisons of her to her fashion icon sister Kim, and the Balmain micro-mini is just the latest.

After all, the dress is known to be one of Kim's favourite styles.

At her wedding pre-festivities in May 2014, Kim wore a heavily beaded version of the dress in baby blue, silver, and white with floral imagery embroidered on the chest.

At the time, Kim Instagrammed an image in the outfit, writing, 'This is one of my favorite dresses ever!!!! This @BalmainParis dress I have in my closet & it makes me happy every time I see it!'

Mrs. West also wore the same style of dress to the Cannes Film Festival in May 2012, this one in gold and white with lavish designs.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is very close to the Balmain brand and good friends with their creative director Olivier Rousteing.

Kylie and her older sister, supermodel Kendall, 19, appear in Balmain's sibling themed fall 2015 campaign.

Kim and her husband Kanye, 38, were the stars of Balmain's spring 2015 campaign.

Meanwhile, Kylie was joined on the VMAs carpet by her older half-sister Kourtney Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner.

Kourtney, 36, popped in a bright pink jumpsuit with a plunging neckline and billowing trouser legs.

The mother-of-three's long raven hair was styled long, sleek and straight and she kept her accessories to a minimum with a couple gold Cartier bracelets and a gold clutch.
