She was only recently names as one of the latest cast members to join the cast of the new TV adaptation of Supergirl.

And Jenna Dewan may getting herself in training for her new role and the success it could bring to her already burgeoning career when she attended The A-List 15th anniversary party in LA on Tuesday night.

The 34-year-old stunning brunette was resplendent in red as she showcased her slim figure in a slinky Parker dress.

The short frock showed off her lean legs which she matched with a Jimmy Choo clutch which featured a pouting pair of crimson lips.

She also wore a pair of Jimmy Choo silverand gold strappy sandals on which showed off her slender ankles.

The star wore her hair tousled in loose waves and kept her lipstick bold to match her dress.

Between her hunky husband and these heavenly heels, Jenna Dewan-Tatum is surrounded by studs.

The actress attended The A-List 15th anniversary party in LA wearing a red hot dress with cut out shoulders, which she teamed with a quirky lips print clutch bag and these killer heels. They're of course by Jimmy Choo (who else?) and we love the T-strap front and metallic studs.

We've never been able to resist a pretty pair of heels, but these are particularly worth investing in. Can you think of any outfit they won't go with perfectly? Money well spent, we say.

Also at the event, which was held for the A-List Talent Agency, was Minka Kelly.

The actress wore a pair of wide legged blue trousers and a white vest top which showed off her decolletage.

She was joined by Vanessa Hudgens who sported a similar look with a white shirt.

The three women embraced and chatted at the event.

Jenna, who is married to Channing Tatum has recently just returned from a vacation with her husband and their two-year-old daughter Everly.

She posted a Twitter snap last month of the trio standing at the water's edge.

'Vacation has been amazing feeling so blessed and grateful,' she wrote along with the picture.

The snap showed Jenna in a green bikini and floppy hat holding one hand of her two-year-old daughter while Channing, 35, wearing black swim trunks held the girl's other hand.

It was also reported last month Jenna will be starring in the upcoming season of Supergirl, as Lois Lane's younger sister Lucy.

She will be appearing opposite Melissa Benoist who is playing the part of Kara Zor -El, Superman's cousin.

Lucy is described as brash and funny and just as successful as her older sister who, of course, is a reporter with the Daily Planet and the main squeeze of Clarke Kent aka Superman.

The fact that Jenna has a recurring role rather than being a cast regular will no doubt help the actress, who shares her precious two-year-old daughter, Everly, with her Magic Mike star husband Channing Tatum.

The series, from Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, follows Kara at age 24, as she starts to use her superhuman abilities and become the hero she was always meant to be.
