She just listed her quaint Montauk cottage for over $3million.
And Julianne Moore looked ready to trade in her real estate affairs for some quality time with her family when she jetted out of LAX ahead of the holiday weekend on Friday.
The 54-year-old looked stylish in an olive green jacket and fedora as she walked through the transport hub with her mini-me daughter Liv, 13, husband Bart Freundlich, and their 17-year-old son Caleb.

Low-key: Julianne Moore perfectly modelled her casual cool wardrobe when she jetted out of LAX on Friday
Julianne perfectly modelled her wardrobe of casual cool attire when she made her entrance, sporting a pair of large sunglasses over her makeup-free face.
She teamed her loose white top with ripped jeans, and embraced the warm summer weather with her comfortable black sandals.
Her fiery red locks were worn down in a very casual style, complimenting overall her low-key look.
Mini-me: Julianne trailed after her lookalike daughter Liv, who was comfortably clad in grey sweatpants and a striped tank top
Julianne's daughter Liv was vacation-ready with her striped tank top, grey sweatpants, and black cap.
With her long red locks, Liv closely resembled her famous mother.
Elsewhere, Julianne's husband Bart and their eldest child trailed close by and coordinated with their hats.

However, while Bart looked incognito with his New York Yankees hat, Caleb adopted a sportier style with his cap worn backwards.
The trip comes after the Oscar winner put her delightful cottage in New York on the market for over three million dollars.
Described as a 'rare find' on Zillow, the 1,000 square foot, three-bedroom, one bathroom property has a price tag of $3,495,000.

The past year has been probably the most successful of Julianne's career.
She won an Oscar, a Golden Globe and statuettes from the Screen Actors Guild and BAFTA for best actress for her standout role as an Alzheimer's sufferer in Still Alice.
Julianne has several films scheduled for release in the next year, including The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, which is due to hit cinemas on November 20.
She will next be seen on October 2 in gay rights drama Freeheld opposite Ellen Page.
