She's in the enviable position of having turned her passions into a career.

And Kristin Cavallari - social media maven, designer and now author - certainly looked to be enjoying herself as she promoted her latest collection on Friday.

Posting a snap of herself posing at the headquarters of shoe maker Zappos, the mother-of-two also proudly revealed her bump in a maroon shift dress.

On her feet were a pair of fringed gray boots from her upcoming collection for the company.

'Just finished doing a Q&A at the @zappos headquarters. Check out my fall shoe collection,' wrote Kristin.

The busy mom certainly loves her shoes.

She also has a high-end line for Chinese Laundry that is now in shops, with her new loafer designs hitting the department stores on Friday.

She tweeted in celebration: 'My beautiful baby CHANDY is now available!'

When not coming up with new shoes, Kristin keeps herself occupied raising her two young sons, and cooking up some fabulous yet healthy meals.

She shares frequent snaps of her meals on her Instagram- with fans often entreating her to share recipes.

And her interest in healthy eating is paying off, with the former Laguna Beach star set to release a new lifestyle book, Balancing In Heels.

The book, which she describes as 'my journey to health, happiness, and making it all work,' is scheduled to hit shelves in March 2016.

Another of Kristin's passions is accessories, and she has a jewelry line, available at emeraldduv.com.

Kristin is mother to two sons, Jaxon Wyatt, one, and Camden Jack, three, with Chicago Bears quarterback Jay, 32.

Their third child, a daughter, is due this winter.

Back in May Kristin announced: 'The boys are so excited for a little sister!!!!!!'

And the proud parents have yet to decide if this will be their final addition.

“Before we had children, Jay and I both wanted four, and now we’re thinking three, but we’re just going to have to see how it goes,' she told Michigan Avenue magazine last year.

Kristin and Jay celebrated their second anniversary in June, and in a candid Twitter Q&A last month. she said that her beau professed his love after just two weeks of dating.

Baby number three: Kristin's daughter is due this winter

She knew he was 'the one' as soon as they met.

'We moved really fast. He told me he loved me after 2 weeks & that he wanted 2 marry me aftr 2 months,' she said on Twitter. 'I knew right away.'

The pair became engaged in April 2011 before calling things off in July. They reconciled later that year and wed in Nashville, where they own a home, in June 2013.
