May the force be with you in Daisy's Star Wars sneakers
As fans of Star Wars we're excited about the prospect of a new movie in the franchise but as fashion obsessives we're even more giddy about the Vans x Star Wars collaboration.
Yes, that's right. The worlds of skater boys, style and science fiction collide in this perfect capsule line of trainers that will please the geek and the girl inside of you. And star of the forthcoming film, Daisy Ridley, is clearly on our wavelength.
She stepped out to a fan event last night wearing a very cool pair of sneakers printed with the forces of good and evil on her feet. The Rebel Alliance of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo and Chewbacca feature on the right foot while Darth Vader appears on the left. Oh my gosh we're in love.
If you are too then click (right) to buy a pair at Bonanza now and wear with pride as the hype around the film's release really kicks into gear.
Daisy, 23, wore a pair of skinny jeans - which were held up by a thin leather belt - and a lightweight jumper which she tucked into her waistband.
She added a cosmic touch with a pair of appropriately-printed Vans slip-on trainers.
The young London actress sported a light layer of make-up and glammed up her dressed-down look with a pretty red lip with her hair fashioned into an on-trend 'hun' (half bun).

Daisy played up to the small crowd and was seen getting into the spirit of the much-loved series.
She mimicked the pose of a lightsaber-wielding jedi and willingly took selfies with starstruck fans.
John - who stars as lead stormtrooper Finn - kept his cool and wore a beaming smile as he and his leading lady stomped into the high-street store past the queue of fanatics.

Bright future ahead: Prior to Star Wars, John's most notable role was as teenager Moses in 2011 movie Attack The Block
The event saw the merchandise inspired by the highly-anticipated new movie unveiled on a day that was deemed 'Force Friday'.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens marks both Daisy and John's first starring roles on the big screen.
In her so-far short career, Daisy has portrayed minor characters on a number of British television series including, Casualty, Silent Witness and Mr Selfridge.
'She's completely self-sufficient and does everything for herself, until she meets another character and an adventure begins,' she previously said of her Star Wars character.
Meanwhile, John's most notable role to date is as teenager Moses in 2011 movie Attack The Block.
However, fans have been warned his stormtrooper alter-ego is nothing like Moses.
'Hard to break it to ATB fans that Finn is nothing like Moses sigh** dw you'll hopefully like my trooper creation,' he recently tweeted.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is scheduled for general release on 18 December
