What's happened to Khloe? Kardashian looks distinctly fuller in the face as she promotes detox tea

In the past she's angrily denied having any plastic surgery.

But Khloe Kardashian sparked a backlash from her Instagram followers after she posted a picture of herself looking remarkably different on Instagram.

The reality star's face looked plumped up around the cheeks, lips and eyes, as she posed to promote a detox tea.

Sitting on a make-up chair in a salon, Khloe wore a full face of make-up, with her lips painted the same nude shade as her skin.

Her dyed blonde hair was pulled up in a backcombed ponytail, there was definitely something different about the 31-year-old.

Her fans were quick to remark on it, with more than 4,000 comments on the photo. Many speculated that she looked 'different and fake' - and appeared to have had cosmetic enhancement.

'Stop trying to change who you are! You were actually beautiful before all these stupid changes you're making. I always looked up to you for being so real in a world of fakes, but now you are just one of them now. So sad,' wrote one fan.

Take it to the max in a trench coat like Kim's

Kim Kardashian must have an entire closet devoted to coats.

Whatever the weather, she loves a sweeping cover-up like his sheer trench. It's by Haider Ackermann, one of her favourite labels (and husband Kanye's too!), and when styled with nude heels and a crop top and pencil skirt combination, this is classic Kim.

She's worn this transparent trench several times before (she even wore it to Glastonbury!), but sadly the reality is that it's now all sold out. But never fear, Kim K fans. Click the link (right) to buy a very similar satin style at MATCHESFASHION.COM that she also owns, natch. It's in the sale for $1,319.

With autumn just around the corner (although it feels like it has already arrived!), a trench coat should be top of your new season shopping list. And why not put your own twist on a classic? Check out our edit below to get the look.

Another of the dozens to question her appearance wrote: ''Eww what's wrong with your face? You look so different & fake.'

Earlier this year Khloe was forced to defend her new slimling physique after speculation that it was the result of surgical intervention.

'I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I'm being accused of getting Lipo done,' she began, adding: 'I work out 5 days a week. I bust my a**!'

She then highlighted the fact that she is often pictured going to the gym daily, pointing out that if she had of had surgery she wouldn't be able to work out.

However her well-documented love of working out is perhaps less likely to have done anything to change her facial appearance.

Khloe certainly isn't the first in her family who has been accused of using fillers.

Her big sister Kim, 34, sparked speculation when she posted a picture of her 'pregnancy lips' last month.

And having previously denied that she had utilised fillers, Khloe's half-sister Kylie Jenner admitted to using them on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in May.

'It’s just an insecurity of mine and it’s what I wanted to do,' she said, claiming to have used 'temporary fillers'.
