Hair he goes again! Shia LaBeouf shaves off his curls and beard as he debuts a bold new look on an outing in Los Angeles

He's always been adventurous with his hair styles.

And on Friday, Shia LaBeouf went revealed his latest look - a completely bald head.

The 29-year-old shaved off his dark curls, thick beard and moustache, leaving just a hint of five o'clock shadow.

It's quite a different style for the American Honey actor, who rocked his chrome dome and bare face as he strolled around Los Angeles.

Shia wasn't wearing a hat on the hot and sunny day, something he'll have to remember to do to protect the delicate skin on the top of his head.

The barely recognisable celebrity looked like he had come from the gym, wearing a black, short sleeved T-shirt and his favourite tattered brown shorts that show a hint of the new tattoos he has above his knees.

He finished his casual outfit with white socks and well-worn white sneakers.

The Transformers star had his ear plugs in and was sipping from a sports drink in a few shots. Shia was also seen holding a healthy green drink as he walked along with his car keys in his mouth.

He appeared to be out without his reported new girlfriend, his American Honey co-star Sasha Lane. 

Directed by Andrea Arnold, the movie has yet to set a release date.

Oh August 13 he and Sasha were spotted on a grocery run to Gelson's supermarket in Sherman Oaks in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles.

Three days earlier the couple enjoyed frozen yogurt together at Menchie's in LA's Studio City neighbourhood.

He has has not been seen with his previous squeeze Mia Goth, 22, since Entertainment Tonight caught him arguing with her outside a hotel in Tubingen, Germany, where she was filming a new horror film in July. The pair met on 2013's Nymphomaniac.
