Aruba (/əˈruːbə/ ə-ROO-bə; Dutch pronunciation: [aːˈrubaː]) is an island in the soothren Caribbean Sea, locatit aboot 1,600 kilometres (990 mi) wast o the Lesser Antilles an 29 kilometres (18 mi)[5] north o the coast o Venezuela.
