A white tiled kitchen is offset by the warm toned of the caramel-coloured floorboards.

A dark timber window trim, in similar tones, neatly frames the leafy view from the home.

A dark caesarstone benchtop is a luxurious touch in the multi-purpose cooking and food prep area.

With two storeys, the home offers sweeping views of the surrounding suburb and landscapes.

The ground-floor gardens include a thick hedge, which creates privacy for occupants,

It had previously been rented to tenants for $530 a week.
