Kourtney Kardashian has a lot to be proud of - including her slimmed down physique.

The 36-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star made that point clear as she stepped out in sweltering Calabasas, California on Saturday with her two children Mason, six, and Penelope, three.

Kourtney, who was clad in dark workout gear earlier in the day, wore a clingy black tank top and cut-off shorts with fashionably frayed hems on this eye-catching outing.

After heading to the coast for lunch, the reality star took her two youngest kids to the Malibu fair.

The youngsters enjoyed some of the rides including the carousel and were spotted going around and around on the carousel horses as their mom kept an eye on them.

Little Penelope wore denim shorts like her mom and some aviator shades while Mason had on a stripy tank top and shorts.

The Dash owner's lack of clothing must have felt nice on such a hot day as this one, plus it gave her opportunity to show off the results of her healthy diet and exercise regime.

According to The Examiner, Kourtney's trimmed down figure can be credited to an organic diet, waist training and a rigorous workouts, which include plenty of yoga and cardio.

Kourtney further flattered her overall look with black booties and a black leather fringed shoulder bag.

The newly single Kardashian might have noticed that the stroller was a bit heavier while hitting up the Farmers Market in Calabasas, California on Saturday with her brood of three.

Kourtney's son Mason had the great idea of hopping onto the small step in back of the baby buggy, but his mom didn't seem to mind.

Needless to say, little Mason thoroughly enjoyed his thrill ride, hanging onto the handle and peering at his baby brother with a big smile.

His mom hadn't cut his hair in a while and long strands wafted in front of his eyes.

Fortunately Kourtney had a nanny to assist her and the female companion did the honors of carrying Penelope on the way to the outdoor market.

Penelope, three, looked too cute in a purple top and denim shorts, along with beige mocassins.

Kourtney's youngest child, nine-month-old Reign, got to ride in total comfort beneath the hood of the chic stroller.

The reality star's outing comes two days after she posted a Bible passage on her Twitter page.

‘Proverbs 4:23 "Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." Via deep texts with @richwilkersonjr,’ Kourtney shared.

It might have something to do with the fact that Kourtney split with the father of her children, Scott Disick, two months ago, and perhaps hasn't gotten over the heartache.

At least Kourtney has her large family readily available to boost her spirits, as they seemed to do at last weekend's MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles.
