They sparked romance rumours just over a year ago after they were reportedly spotted 'cosying up' at a film bash.

And it appears that Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult, 25, still get along like a house on fire as they made a joint appearance at the Equals photocall - the film in which they co-starred together - at the 72nd Venice Film Festival on Saturday.

It might have explained Kristen's unusually high spirits, as the characteristically stony-faced actress was spotted laughing and joking with photographers.
