A miracle vibrating bra that can permanently increase the size of a woman’s breasts by one cup size without surgery is being trialed in America, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Serbian inventor Milan Milić, 30, claims the device enlarges breasts, makes them perkier and brings them closer together - in just seven days.

And if the astonishing bra passes rigorous clinical tests it could help millions of women around the world achieve a larger cleavage and dispel with painful breast augmentation surgery.

Former engineering student Milan began researching alternatives to breast surgery after his girlfriend told him she wanted bigger breasts.

The security guard spent months researching the subject as a hobby before making a prototype of his vibrating bra.

And now he has brought the device - called the E bra - to the U.S. where two American women have become the first to trial it outside of Europe.

The bra, which has only just been patented, has been tested on several women in Europe with staggering results, and the U.S. tests have proved equally as successful; in one trial in Miami - overseen by a specialist doctor - a 49-year-old woman saw her breasts increase from a B to a C cup after she wore the bra for just 15 minutes a day over seven days.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzheaur, who independently trialed the bra, meticulously measured and took photographs of tester Sabrina Molinar - and confirmed that her breasts increased in size after wearing it.

Stage hand Sabrina, from West Palm Beach, Florida, who spoke to Daily Mail Online before and after the trial, said her breasts had gone up by around a cup size after wearing the bra for five minutes, three times a day, for seven days. She is adamant that no other factors contributed to the increase.

Delighted Sabrina said: 'I was a 36B before but now I think I'd be a lot more comfortable in a C cup although I haven't been out to buy any new bras yet. I've always had one breast smaller than the other because I had surgery.

'My left one is kind of squashed now in a B cup whereas my left one which used to be small in a B cup totally fills it out. It feels fuller, more full from the top to the side.

'I notice it most when I'm sleeping - I wake up and go, "Oh my boobs they hurt," because I'm not used to having them so I get uncomfortable.

Evidence: Andrena, who lives in Miami, is one of two women in the U.S. to have tested the bra. She claims that she saw dramatic results after wearing it for a total of 15 minutes a day for seven days

'I definitely feel like I fill clothes a little better and it feels good. If I give somebody a hug I have to accommodate for them - it feels different and I'm just not used to them yet. There was a definite change for me.'

And for any skeptics who doubt whether the undergarment is responsible for the physical change, Sabrina insists that the increase in breast size has nothing to do with her monthly cycle or weight gain - it's all down to the bra.

'Nothing was influencing it other than the bra,' she said. 'I'd love to try the bra out again to see if they will go even bigger.'

Pre-med student Andrena, from Miami, also tested the bra back in May and saw her breasts grow from 32B to 34C.

She confirmed to Daily Mail Online that her breasts have stayed the same larger size even three months after the trial.

Andrena, who asked for her last name to be withheld, said: 'Obviously I was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true but after I used the bra it was just amazing - I've had to purchase new bigger bras and everything.

'Plus they've stayed the same which is what I was worried about - I thought it might just be a temporary increase. As for wearing the bra there were no side effects - it did itch a little bit but its not uncomfortable. It kind of tickles and itches but that's it and as it's only five minutes a time so you don't mind.

'I would totally recommend this to friends. I wouldn't want to go under the knife but something so non-invasive like this is just incredible. I feel great now - a lot of my clothes especially shirts didn't fit fully before but now I fill the shirt.

'I feel confident because I feel like I'm wearing the outfit and it's not wearing me.'

Florida-based plastic surgeon Dr. Salzhauer - also known as Dr. Miami - oversaw Sabrina’s test and confirmed her breasts had enlarged. He is now calling for a rigorous clinical trial with a larger sample size to prove the device's effectiveness.

Before: Prior to wearing the bra, Sabrina's breasts were a 36B

'I can confirm that the tester’s breasts grew,' he explained. 'We took before and after pictures and we measured. There was an increase of volume of at least 50cc - maybe even 100cc.

'It was a small change compared to an implant - but they were bigger and they were fuller and closer together. Now I don't know if she gained weight or it was down to her monthly cycle or it was the bra itself.

'It would definitely need a more clinically controlled study to say for sure it was the bra that did it. 'But I can verify that her breasts were bigger than they were before she started wearing the bra.'

The bra is still in the very early stages of development and inventor Milan doesn't yet have any kind of deal with an underwear manufacturer and Dr Salzhauer added: 'I think it now needs a proper clinical trial - there's certainly enough anecdotal evidence now to warrant one.

'A clinical trial would be very straight forward to pull off. There's no shortage a women who will want to volunteer to try it out. The bra itself is straightforward - it's not super high tech or expensive.

'We just need a university to collaborate with the inventor and try it out on 100 women.'

Inventor Milan's girlfriend Jelena Sabic, 24, was the first to test the prototype and the couple were blown away when she managed to enlarge her breasts by a whole size in just seven days.

Milan, from Lazarevac, Serbia, said: ‘It all started about two years ago. Jelena wanted bigger breasts and wanted plastic surgery but she was afraid of the operation and the scars afterwards.

‘She didn’t want to insert a foreign body into her body plus it was too expensive for us to afford that operation. So we started to research how we could do it differently. After our research we made the first prototype of the new bra.

‘We tried the first test of the prototype on Jelena. We thought the first result wouldn’t be visible for about two or three months but after just two days the results were very good – we understood we were on to something big.

'After seven days she [had] gone up a whole size. You only need to wear the bra for five minutes a day, three times a day and after just seven days you will have increased her bra size by one cup size.'

A total boost: 'I feel confident because I feel like I'm wearing the outfit and it's not wearing me,' Andrena (pictured) said of the bra's results

Milan is hesitant to talk about technology behind the new bra in detail before the product hits the shelves - but the basic premise is the vibration increases blood flow to the breasts and improves circulation.

‘It is a natural process that increases the blood circulation that is feeding the breast,’ he explained. ‘When we researched the human body, we had a theory about how we could manipulate the human body to manipulate the tissue and muscles.

‘We believe we have found a solution to do this and in this case we use it to enlarge and enhance a woman’s breasts.

‘I don’t want to speak in depth about the technology yet because we are just getting our patents and starting out the company. But it is not painful, there’s no harmful radiation, it’s fully healthy for the human body and safe for the environment and everything.’

Although Dr Salzhauer admitted he is a little skeptical about the technology he said it's important to keep an open mind.

He said: 'I spoke with the inventor and he didn't have any great scientific reason why vibrating the breasts for five minutes every day would make them grow. I think he must have stumbled across some kind of a hack - you know like in a video game if you press certain buttons you get a secret power.

'Maybe this is some kind of hack that makes them grow. You know anything is possible. I'm open minded - all good scientists should be open minded when they look at something like this.

‘You can't just write it off you have to look at it and see. If it works you have to go back and see why it worked. Could it be that stimulation and vibrating the breasts turns a gene on to make the cells multiply? You can imagine many theories but we don’t know until it is clinically tested.’

Meanwhile Milan, who started inventing as a hobby, has set out to further improve the bra so it lifts and shapes the breasts as well as enlarging them.

‘The research is an ongoing process,’ he said. ‘The first prototype was just about increasing the breast but now after further research we are not just increasing the breast but also lifting the breast and decreasing the space between the breast.

‘One girl had a two inch gap between her breasts and after a week there was just one inch. It also lifts the breasts. After using it for seven days the breasts looks a little like they would with plastic surgery - bigger, rounder and lifted.’

According to Milan the results of the bra are permanent; two years after Jelena first used the bra, her breasts remain the same enlarged size. And Milan has continued to monitor the other testers and the results again appear to have stayed the same.

‘The bra has to fit the woman exactly for it to work,' he added. ‘After six or seven days the breasts are too big for the bra – it becomes too small. One usage will allow the woman to go up one size but after three to six months, she can buy a bigger sized one and go even further.

‘There are no limits - just what the female desires. The results are permanent. We are still doing observation and the breast doesn’t seem to be returning to its original size – even after two years the size is not returned to normal.

‘We have tested several times and every test was successful. Every girl was pleased with the results and recommended it to their friends. We have had so many requests from girls wanting to try it out.’

The bra is currently named E Bra and the couple are hoping to produce it in all sizes and have it on sale next year, however they have yet to decide on a price.

Milan added, ‘For me this is not about the money this is about the female body. The female body is a very beautiful thing and this is about enhancing it in a natural way. In every test we’ve done there’s been a very big psychological improvement as well as a physical improvement.

‘The girl who was shy before is much more confident. She is showing her femininity - it is a very nice thing to see. I love to see the result of the tests. Nobody believes in the beginning, everybody is skeptical but you just need to see for yourself - it is truly amazing.’
