He's one of her ex-fiancé Jason Trawick's best friends.

But that didn't stop Britney Spears from getting hands on as she danced in a Vegas club with Cade Hudson.

The singer danced energetically to a Michael Jackson track with Cade, waving her hands in the air, before clinging on to him affectionately from behind as he chatted to a friend.

Britney and Cade then talked intimately with smiles on their faces, as they stood in the DJ Booth Vip Table at XS Nightclub in Las Vegas.

The two have known each other for a while.

In 2011, Cade was photographed dancing with the Grammy winner at her and Trawick's engagement party, and he also joined Britney onstage during her concert at Staples Center.

Then Britney posted a Twitter snap of her and Cade calling him her BFF - best friend forever - back in September 2014. 

The bearded Texan is a commercial talent agent, so it's no surprise he ran in the same circles as Trawick who was Britney's manager first. 

Caden has previously represented Vitaminwater Mercedes Benz, Brooklyn Decker and Victoria's Secret.

Britney broke up with Trawick in January 2013 - a year after announcing their engagement.

She then dated David Lucado for 17 months, who she openly accused of cheating on her when they ended things in August last year.

Next was producer Charlie Ebersol, 32, who spent Christmas with Britney and her boys after they began a romance in late 2014.

The two were last seen with him on the red carpet in May and were said to be considering marriage before it abruptly came to an end in June.

Britney had appeared to swear off relationships recently.

Indeed last month the Toxic singer told the crowd at her Vegas show that men could 'suck my toe'.

'Being single for a year has been very, very, very profound and I feel like all men should suck my toe!' she said, confusing onlookers by appearing to have forgotten her relationship with Charlie.

Britney also sparked speculation when she posted an Instagram shot on Tuesday with her arm around a handsome mystery man.

She captioned the picture: 'Love brunch at the beach with friends!', as she's seen holding her shoes as they stand together on the sand.

Although she does seem to have consciously friend-zoned her companion, she does look delighted to be getting cosy in the snap.
