Soaking wet Sienna Miller giggles in the rain as she films adorable tribute to the British Summer Time in new Vogue video

Sienna Miller is not used to looking less than her best when it comes to magazine photoshoots.

But paying a playful tribute to her love of England, Vogue's October coverstar sacrifices her hair and make-up for an adorable video all about Blighty.

Sienna laughs off the typical British Summer Time as she's tucks into sodden chips for the new editorial, which accompanies the next issue of the fashion magazine.

The video entitled, A love letter to England, sees the British beauty read out Shakespeare's famous Sonnet 18.

Sienna begins: 'Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate.'

Like a true professional, she only gives a slight lip quiver as she's suddenly - and ironically - showered with water as she stands in a meadow in a pretty green dress.

Her tresses soaked and her mascara running, the gorgeous blonde laughs off the unfortunate turn of events with a playful giggle.

She concludes by reciting the lines: 'But thy eternal summer shall not fade,' as she chomps on a sodden chip fork.

The Hollywood actress - dubbed 'a girl of our times' on the cover - graces the October issue in a stunning crimson dress.

And though she's giggling, she's no longer wearing her engagement, following rumours of her split from fiance Tom Sturridge.

The duo are yet to confirm rumours that their three-year engagement was off.

News broke in July that the couple - who have three-year-old daughter Marlowe together - had agreed to remain friends.

Previously the blonde picked her moments to wear her engagement ring on the red carpet in Cannes.

Fans were quick to point out that her ring was doing a disappearing act, being absent and then suddenly returning for certain appearances.

Back to focussing on her career, the star has recently been spotted in costume as she begins filming The Lost City Of Z with Charlie Hunnam and Robert Pattinson.

The film, which commenced filming in Belfast in August, follows news that Sienna was cut from Johnny Depp's new biographical drama Black Mass, which has been premiering at Venice Film Festival this week.
