Puffy-faced Prince of Monaco seen out and about for first time since Manhattan brawl

With a nonchalant swagger and a cigarette dangling from the lips of his puffed-out face, Monaco's 'playboy' prince Pierre Casiraghi' is pictured for the first time since his infamous New York nightclub brawl.

The 24-year-old was back home in Monaco ten days after the fight at the Double Seven night club in the borough's trendy meatpacking district where he claims he and his friends were assaulted by owner Adam Hock.

Yesterday supermodel Shawna Christensen, who was also caught up in the fracas, told prosecutors that Hock had been acting in self-defence.

Christensen, the current face of Olay beauty products, said Hock, who allegedly broke the prince's jaw with one punch, was the victim rather than the agressor.

The prince had told how Hock’s 'sucker punch' fractured his jaw.

However Hock’s lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, claims the latest pictures prove there was no injury.

He said:'If someone’s jaw is broken, he’s not smoking cigarettes in Monaco.'

Earlier this week Srazzullo criticised the behaviour of the Prince and his party saying: 'Just because you’re a prince doesn’t mean that you’re immune to being an aggressor. They don’t have the best character or credibility.'

Christensen, who is dating celebrity hairdresser Joel Warren, was reportedly seated at Hock’s table when the scuffle broke out.

Approached for comments following the hour-long meeting with prosecutors, the supermodel said: 'Where’s the F***ing car?'

She then jumped into the back seat of a chauffeur driven Mercedes before speeding off.

Hock is charged with four counts of assault for allegedly punching the prince as well as three of his companions - Paris Hilton's ex Stavros Niarchos, 26, Diego Marroquin, 33, and Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, 27.

He claims he was sitting with two friends and three catwalk models when the prince - third in line to Monaco’s throne - approached him and started a confrontation after trying to drink a $500 bottle of vodka from their table.

He said the prince's party then sent over another bottle of vodka saying 'If you don’t want us to drink your vodka, here’s another bottle.'

Swimwear model Jessica Hart has accused nightclub owner Adam Hock of starting a fight with her boyfriend and Prince Pierre Casiraghi of Monaco

After a brief standoff Hock is said to have punched the prince sending him flying into a table on the other side of the room, where he landed with blood pouring from his face.

One of the prince's friends then allegedly grabbed a 1.5 litre magnum of Grey Goose vodka and tried to hit Hock with it.

While Christensen maintains Hock was acting in self defence, another onlooker, swimwear model Jessica Hart claims it was indeed him who had started the brawl.

The Sports Illustrated model, 25, whose boyfriend is Stavros Niarchos heir to a Greek shipping fortune, took to her Twitter page to rubbish Hock's version of events.

'Ha!' she tweeted. 'It’s going to be so pleasurable when the truth does come out and he’s exposed as the freaky liar he is.'

Hart made clear she thought his accusations of being an innocent party were rubbish

'Although, I have to say, I am getting a little pleasure watching him run to the press, squirming and lying in desperation,' Hart tweeted.

According to one source other models who were present are afraid to back up Hock’s account to prosecutors, fearing it would hurt their careers, sources said.

One of Casiraghi’s friends believed to have been assaulted at the club is Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, 27, the son of French Vogue former editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld and a powerful figure in the global fashion industry.
