It's been a chaotic few months for Jack Osbourne with becoming a first-time father and being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

So the TV presenter was clearly relishing a bit of time out as he joined his family on the red carpet at the Total Recall premiere in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old and fiancée Lisa Stelly, 26, left their 10-week-old daughter Pearl in the care of babysitters to join his parents Sharon and Ozzy at the star-studded première.

Writing on Twitter, Jack said: 'At the total recall premiere with @lisamarstelly @MrsSOsbourne @OfficialOzzy nice family night out.'

Actress Lisa showed off her slim post-baby body in a green dress and nude heels.

It's been six weeks since Jack revealed he had been diagnosed with MS.

He discovered he had the disease just a few weeks after their daughter Pearl was born.

Jack and Lisa started dating in April 2011 and announced their engagement a few months later.

His mother Sharon was in the news this week when it was reported she was unsure if she would be returning as a judge on America's Got Talent.

She said on Tuesday: 'I mean, I never know what I'm doing tomorrow let alone today.

'Six years is a long time to be on any show. I love the show. It is actually personally my favourite show on TV.

'I love what the show does, I love the people I work with. But I would have to think about me, I have to think about what I want to do. I don't know [if I'd return].'

Meanwhile, Ozzy is gearing up to perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois this weekend.
