Repeat offender! Taylor Swift steps out in same red star sweater she modeled earlier this year (and which her BFF Selena Gomez has also worn)

Taylor Swift is worth over $100m so surely she must have a closet full of clothing.

But the singer chose to wear her red star design sweater for a second time this year when she left an LA gym on Friday.

The 24-year-old must have just gotten the garment back from best friend Selena Gomez, who hit the town in the exact same top just weeks ago.

With her short hair nicely brushed to the side and with her pout painted a brilliant fuchsia, Swift looked photo shoot ready.

A classy pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers covered her eyes and a '50s era black purse hung from her arm.

The sweater, by designer Wildfox, was competing for attention with a pair of very short shorts that showed off the Grammy winner's long, lean legs. Cute blue sneakers added a nautical look.

It's no wonder both Swift and Gomez have been dressing alike. Last month Taylor said the ex of Justin Bieber, was 'the closest thing I've ever had to a sister.'

Both girls happen to be single at the moment so they must be getting in a lot of bonding time.

Earlier this year Selena called it quits for good with Justin Bieber.

Swift - who recently filmed The Giver with Katie Holmes and Meryl Streep in South Africa - has taken a long break from men since she went through a bunch of them like they were candy.

Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer and Harry Styles were just some of the objects of her affection. But she should be given kudos for taking some time off for now.
