आशिया किंवा एशिया हा पृथ्वीवरील सात भूखंडांपैकी एक आहे. आशिया जगातील सर्वांत मोठा व सर्वांत जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेला खंड आहे. जगातील ६०% लोकसंख्या आशियात राहते. पृथ्वीच्या एकूण क्षेत्रफळापैकी ८.६% भाग आशियाने व्यापला आहे.
सिंधू संस्कृती, बॅबिलोनियन संस्कृती, सुमेरियन संस्कृती इ. प्राचीन संस्कृतींचा उगम या खंडातच झाला. हिंदू, बौद्ध, जैन, इस्लाम, ख्रिश्चन, ज्यू, पारशी इ. धर्मांचा उदय देखील याच खंडात झाला.
