Despite the glorious weather in Los Angeles on Sunday, Calista Flockhart swapped her daily run around her Brentwood neighbourhood for a trip to the gym.

The 49-year-old appeared to have had a great workout as she left the building looking a little worse for wear, with sweaty hair and clothing.

The former actress may have given up the spotlight in favour of raising her 13-year-old son, Liam, but that doesn't mean she's about to let herself go - especially with the glamorous Oscars coming
up this Sunday, at which her husband, Harrison Ford, has just been named a presenter.

The Ally McBeal star displayed her lean and toned physique in her skin-tight three-quarter-length black leggings and simple grey T-shirt.

She completed her sporty look with grey and blue sneakers, pink socks and a black hoodie that was unzipped.

As per usual, Calista went sans make-up, showing off a flawless, wrinkle-free complexion women half her age would be envious of.

Her shoulder-length blonde locks were worn loose and looked decidedly darker where wet.

Choosing to forgo a gym bag or even a designer handbag like many celebrities oddly opt for, the mom-of-one clutched her water bottle, phone and keys to her chest as she waited for the valet to bring her car around.

She had her driving glasses tucked into the neckline of her top for easy access.

While she may have put her career on the backburner, Calista's husband of almost four years is busier than ever at 71 years of age.

Next up, the star will appear alongside fellow action men Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham and Dolph Lundgren in The Expendables 3, which is set to hit cinemas on August 15.

He also has two other projects currently in pre-production - including the highly-anticipated Star Wars: Episode VII in which he reprises his character Han Solo.

Harrison will also join Hollywood's elite as he presents an award at this Sunday's Academy Awards, which will be televised live from 4pm Pacific time on ABC.
