She created a buzz last year when she opted for a darker look after splitting from reality television producer Doug Hutchison, who she married when she was 16.

But Courtney Stodden proved that she has always been a blonde at heart.

The 19-year-old television personality was seen dying her hair back to platinum blonde in Los Angeles on Monday.

The hair appointment came just two months after she unveiled her shocking new look as she opted for chocolate brown locks instead of her signature blonde hair.

Courtney got her hair coloured back by her Beverly Hills-based personal hair stylist Anush Jambazian.

The reality show star donned a leopard print robe and feathered clear platform heels during the appointment.

As she had her hair worked on, the non-legal age Couples Therapy star clutched onto a red coloured beverage in a tulip glass.

The buxom star first unveiled the dark look in December as she went shopping at a Ralphs Supermarket.

The shopping trip came just one month after she and soon to be ex-husband Doug Hutchison signed a separation agreement.

Courtney and Doug were at the center of controversy as the two wed despite a 34-year age gap in 2011 when the blonde bombshell was only 16.

The television personality recently revealed the Green Mile actor rejected her offer to sign a prenuptial agreement because he trusted her implicitly and thought it was unromantic.

In an interview with website TooFab.com, she said: 'I did offer him a prenup but he did not want to sign one. I offered and he said, 'I don't want to do that because I trust you and we're getting married.'

'He didn't want a prenup. So we've talked about what we want to do financially now.'
