Katie Price prides herself on being a hands-on mum.

And the 37-year-old reality star wasn't afraid to get stuck in as she enjoyed a day out with her children at Thorpe Park in Surrey recently.

She particularly looked to be having a great time on a rollercoaster ride along with her two eldest sons, screaming as they were flipped into the air while her long locks flew around her.

And the family tackled all of the rides the theme park had to offer and at one point the mum-of-five was spotted desperately trying to protect her hair from a potential soaking as she huddled together with her eldest sons on a water slide.

Katie was joined by Harvey, 13, and Junior, 10, as she tried to take cover under her dusty pink coat on the thrill ride.

The trio huddled together in the dinghy and looked as though they were having the time of their lives as they neared the end of their descent.

Junior pulled his mum's coat over his shoulder with one hand and held on tightly to her leg with the other as they enjoyed their group adventure downstream.

Thrill seekers: The group certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves on the way down

However, businesswoman Kate was visibly pleased to be on flat land once again when they eventually came to a standstill.

The blonde bombshell quickly dried off and was soon reunited with Princess, her eight-year-old daughter from her previous marriage to Peter Andre, and her husband Kieran Hayler.

Both Princess and step-dad Kieran had been watching Katie and the boys from the sidelines having been tasked with looking after the bags.

Later on the Katie and her eldest boys really put their bravery to the test as they enjoyed a roller coaster ride.

Noticeably absent from the trip was Katie and Kieran's children together - Jett, two, and 13-month-old Bunny.

Katie was suitably dressed for the occasion in a grey tee and ripped skinny jeans.

She wore a plaid shirt tied around her waist but dressed up her outfit with open-toed wedges and dark sunglasses.

Tight-knit: The group didn't stray far from one another

The doting mum wore her long blonde locks in a straight style and looked as though she had ditched the make-up for the family outing.

Taking the lead as they walked around the park, Kieran showed off his muscular torso in a tight-fitting T-shirt, black jeans and trainers.

Harvey looked cool in a grey and blue Adidas tracksuit and both Junior and Princess were kitted out in warm comfortable clothes, perfect for their active day out.
