It is the norm for a celebrity to order a taxi to chauffeur them on a night out.

But not newly-reformed Tulisa Contostavlos who is clearly taking matters into her own hands and drove herself to a Evissa nightclub on Thursday night.

The sober 25-year-old singer was spotted at a petrol station in London, where she filled up the car with gas, and drove straight to the Manchester club, where she was joined by new pal Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison.

One's been letting her hair down in the wake of her impending court case after being charged with supplying class A drugs, while the other was in need of a good party after shedding an impressive three stone in weight.

And so it made sense for Tulisa and Vicky Pattison to join forces for a girls' night out on the town as they hit up the Manchester hotspot together.

Putting her recent legal dramas to one side, Tulisa gave a sexy twist to her grey tweed skirt suit with a pair of black leather knee-high boots as she strutted defiantly into the club.

Earlier in the day, Tulisa was seen running around London getting her hair, nails and make-up done at a salon in London.

The N-Dubz singer was spotted in Manchester on Thursday, meaning she drove down to the capital city especially for her beauty treatment, only to return back up North after the makeover.

She was seen filling up her white Audi A3 convertible with petrol in her dressy ensemble.

The 25-year-old singer teamed her smart two-piece with a low-cut black vest top, and applied lashings of fake tan as she hit the town with a group of male pals.

Wearing her long raven hair extensions tumbling in tousled curls around her shoulders, the former X Factor judge completed her party look with fluttering false lashes, bronzed make-up and her signature pink plump pout.

Looking almost Tulisa's double as she hit the club, Vicky was rocking the same raven locks and orange tan as her N-Dubz doppelganger as she wandered inside on the arm of a male chum.

Showing off her newly-svelte frame, the 26-year-old reality star displayed her trim size 6 figure in a sky blue PVC pencil skirt, which she teamed with a white printed vest top.

The Geordie Shore star - who recently slimmed down an impressive five dress sizes after embarking upon a strict diet and exercise regime - injected a bolt of colour to her party look with a fluorescent pink crocodile print clutch bag and matching towering peep-toe heels.

Vicky completed her ensemble with sexy smokey eye make-up and bright pink lipstick as she was literally swept off her feet and carried into the club by her friend.

Vicky put her sudden weight-gain down to the stress of her split from former Geordie Shore co-star fiance, Ricci Guarnaccio.

And she admitted she only realised how big she had got when the results of her wayward eating habits became clear for all to see when she was papped while on holiday in the Spanish holiday hotspot of Marbella last July.

She said: 'I was mortified. ‘I was so big I looked like I’d swallowed Ricci! I felt desperate, but I knew I had to do something about it for my own self-respect.'
