Biker babe! Cindy Crawford hops on the back of her husband Rande's motorcycle for a Labor Day weekend cruise

She's been many things over the years - from top model to sexy actress.

But now Cindy Crawford can also call herself a biker babe.

The 49-year-old posted a snapshot of her seated behind her hubby Rande Gerber on his motorcycle during Labor Day weekend, both clad in helmets and shades for their romantic rendezvous.

She captioned the make-up free snap: 'Sunday ride!'

Cindy showed off a youthful glow as the sunlight glimmered on her skin, debuting her infamous mole while strapped in for safety.

The former Vogue starlet donned a denim button-up for their outdoor cruise, showing off her pearly whites as she cuddled close to her beau of 17 years.

Her 53-year-old businessman displayed a five-o-clock shadow while dressed comfortably in a white tee.

Their adventure likely comes as a welcome distraction for Cindy, who recently spoke to Elle Magazine about the unauthorized release of an unflattering image of herself from Marie Claire.

For the October issue of Elle Canada, she graces the cover in a navy leg-baring design while sporting a crimson lip color and golden choker.

The questionable Marie Claire portrait she discussed shows her wearing lacy black lingerie and a lengthy feathered coat - with stretch marks and sagging skin.

While many women saw the less-than-perfect image as a positive step, Cindy felt its unaltered release was malicious.

'I felt blindsided,' she dished. 'That picture didn’t reflect what I saw when I looked in the mirror—even in the worst dressing-room lighting.'

She added: 'It put me in a tough spot: I couldn’t come out against it because I’m rejecting all these people who felt good about it, but I also didn’t embrace it because it wasn’t real - and even if it were real, I wouldn’t have wanted it out there.'

Despite the negative attention, Cindy still has a slew of celebrity supporters who marvel at the spot she has made for herself in the modeling industry.

On Thursday, fellow model Karlie Kloss showed her some love by wearing a black overhead Cindy Crawford sweatshirt for her first day at NYU.

A few days before, Cindy took to Instagram while also sporting her own namesake, reading: 'In honor of my upcoming book launch, @Reformation has just re-released my favorite sweatshirt! Spread the love. We're all #BecomingCindy.'

Cindy has proved to be a woman of her word in the past, even sticking to her original plan of authoring a book by age 50, which she titled Becoming.

No stranger to the receiving end of loving praise, the supermodel dished out the same to George Clooney's lawyer wife Amal on Friday.

She captioned the snap: 'So honored that @VioletGrey nominated me as #NoOrdinaryWoman. To pay it forward, I nominate #AmalClooney not only for her brains and beauty - but for her admirable drive and commitment to activism. She certainly is, #NoOrdinaryWoman.'

Amal and George were last joined by Cindy and her husband Rande for the launch of the actor's Tequila in Ibiza at the end of August.
